Delivery is guaranteed within 24-48 hours of order processing, and within 96 hours only for destinations in Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia. During the months of August and January, due to reduced courier services, shipments may be delayed by 48-72 hours.
In any case, delivery times will never exceed 30 days (the maximum term established by Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005). The delivery date is considered to be the date of the courier's first attempt to deliver the goods to the indicated address, even if the attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence or refusal of the goods.

Once the express courier has received your shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and instructions for tracking your purchased jewelry in real time.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer can cancel by phone or email. In any case, we recommend that customers always contact us by phone at 0114474971 to facilitate the refund process.
Orders can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Please note that damaged, used, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned.
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
To return the jewel, the customer can choose to take charge of the shipment via a courier of their choice or to have Varengo organize the collection. In this case, you will be informed of the cost of insured shipping, which will vary based on the item purchased.
We invite customers who choose to organize the return shipment at their own expense to ensure the shipment is insured as in the event of theft or loss, the refund will not be issued.
