Our return policy allows you a 30-day window to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at amministrazione@varengogioielli.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Via Monginevro 18/L Torino.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, instructions on how and where to send your package, and we will inform you of the return cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. That way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items (engravings or otherwise).

 

Exchanges (Sostituzioni)

 

Notwithstanding the user's right of withdrawal as described above, if the user wishes to exchange an item(s), they have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the item(s) to replace the purchased item(s), with the exception of products adapted to their personal needs, particularly in the case of personalized products (engravings or otherwise) requested by the user.

 

Exchange at Our Retail Store:

 

To make an exchange in the store, the user must go to the Varengo Gioielleria store, bringing the receipt and the product they wish to exchange in its original box. Products purchased both on the Varengo Gioielli e-store and at our retail location can be exchanged.

In case of a price difference, the supplement must be paid directly to the Varengo store during the exchange.

 

Exchange via Varengo Gioielli E-Store:

 

To make an exchange, the user must contact Customer Service via the email address: amministrazione@varengogioielli.com to obtain all the necessary information.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at amministrazione@varengogioielli.com.
